Refund policy

In order to process a return, please contact us for the return authorization . Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have over since you purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

As per our existing policy, If any damage found in product then customer has to report in our support mail (care.shoppersdream@gmail.com) within 24 hours of receiving the product. If 24 hours over we can’t process return or refund request. Shoppers Dream reserves the right to refuse return/refund request if your claim of request are found unsatisfactory.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging same condition that you received it. As per your claims you need to submit justified documents (image, video or both). Please note Shoppers Dream reserves the right to refuse returns if your claims are not justified properly. We never process any return/refund if there are anything related to your satisfaction in your purchased product. We only process if the item is damaged by our courier. 

Please note for any kind of return request you need to pay reverse shipping fees (₹100 to ₹370 depending on products) from your end. Shoppers Dream will not pay any kind of reverse shipping fees. 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange

We don't have any exchange policy. So once you purchased it can't available for exchange

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Underwear garments are not eligible for return.
  • Gift Card
  • Any item that is returned more that 5 days after delivery
  • If any item that is not original condition, damaged or missing for reason that is not our fault.

INVALID REASONS

Buyer/Customer no longer wants receive the items - this is the most common example which we can’t honor if we want to continue offering great value at ShoppersDream®. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted successfully, the buyer/customer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Buyer has to be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before placing  an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order. 

CANCELLATIONS 

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. Please make sure that you need the item after payment can’t be cancelled. Cancellation is allowed in emergency cases and 10% cancellation will charged if you cancel the orders. We will refund rest of the amount after deducting the cancellation charges. If the order has already been shipped, we would be unable to cancel the order.
